Chicago police ready for possible riots in black community if Obama loses

Chicago Police beefed up forces on Tuesday following rumors that members of the African-American community planned to riot if it became clear that Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama was losing the election, Army Radio reported.
Chicago is Obama's hometown.
