European nations formally submitted a new draft on referring Iran to the UN Security Council Saturday, setting up a decision on the move for later in the day. The move came after Washington compromised on a US-Egyptian dispute over linking fears about Teheran's atomic program to a Middle East nuclear-free zone - and indirectly to Israel. Diplomats said the Americans accepted mention in the draft of such a zone late in the night.
