Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier is to hold talks with Iran's top nuclear negotiator in Berlin on Tuesday, the Foreign Ministry said, a day before world leaders gather in Germany for the G-8 summit. Ali Larijani was to meet with Steinmeier for talks aimed at following up on discussions held last week in Madrid by the Iranian and the European Union's foreign policy chief, Javier Solana, a Foreign Ministry spokeswoman said on customary condition of anonymity.
