A passenger bus careened off a lower Himalayan road and plunged into a river Friday, killing at least 10 people, police said.
One body had been found so far in the accident in Rampur, 330 kilometers (205 miles) northwest of Lucknow, the state capital of Uttar Pradesh, said police official D. C. Mishra.
