Iraqi troops kill 3 wanted men in raid on northern village

Iraqi commandos stormed a village in northern Iraq early Saturday, killing three wanted men and arresting three others, police said.
Among those captured was a top al-Qaida in Iraq figure, accused of organizing militant operations in the western area of Mosul, said Brig. Gen. Ibrahim al-Jibouri, commander of Tal Afar police.
