Report: Indian commandos preparing 'final assault' on Chabad House

Indian commandos and police were evacuating civilians and cordoning off the area apparently in preparation to storm the Chabad House in Mumbai India, where a rabbi his wife and others were being held hostages, according IBN, an Indian news agency. Newscasters were calling it the "final assault" on the Nariman House where Chabad headquarters are located adjacent to the Leopold Cafe, a major tourist center in Mumbai's Colaba area. Several senior Indian police and security officers have been killed in the attacks which have claimed more than 100 lives, which has caused police to take more cautious measures before storming the Chabad House, said Indian reporters. The attack on the Chabad House which began about 18 hours ago, is just one of several terrorist attacks on different points throughout Mumbai, India.
