Rice: Israelis, Palestinians not demonstrating commitment to peace

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice says not enough has been done by the Israelis or the Palestinians to demonstrate their commitment to peace.
She says both sides need to show that they understand what needs to be done. She says without following obligations of the so-called road map to peace and helping to improve conditions on the ground, it is hard to sustain the peace process. Rice made the comments Friday in Santiago, Chile, during a Latin American trip.
