Rice arrives in China for N. Korea sanctions talks

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice arrived in Beijing on Friday for talks with Chinese leaders about sanctions on North Korea.
Rice was due to meet with her Chinese counterpart, Li Zhaoxing, and other Chinese officials.
She arrived in Beijing in the midst of a tour that also took her to Tokyo and Seoul.
