The top US military commander in South Korea on Monday welcomed moves by North Korea to live up to its denuclearization commitments, but said the country remains a military threat.
US Gen. B.B. Bell also said that recent North Korean missile tests are provocative and are a threat to South Korea. Bell spoke to reporters at the National Press Club in the South Korean capital.
