British Foreign Secretary Margaret Beckett expressed her disapproval Wednesday night over reports that the US was using a Scottish airbase in its transfer of arms to Israel.
"We have already told the US that this is viewed very seriously and that we shall be submitting a formal complaint if the allegations turn out to be true," said Beckett.
