Iran on Wednesday voiced readiness to hold talks without any precondition to remove concerns of the other side, the Iranian news service IRNA reported. Chief negotiator Ali Larijani made the remark while speaking to reporters prior to his departure to Spain, where he is scheduled to hold talks with the EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana in Madrid on Thursday.
