Report: Israel launching covert war to delay Iranian nuclear program

Instead of carrying out military strikes against Iranian nuclear facilities, Israel has been launching a covert war in an effort to delay Teheran's nuclear program, the British Daily Telegraph quoted US intelligence sources as saying.
