EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana said the package of incentives he would present to Iranian nuclear negotiators during his visit to Teheran was generous and comprehensive. Solana was speaking on behalf of the EU, China, France, Germany, Russia, Britain and the United States before leaving for Teheran on Friday in a renewed bid to resolve an international standoff over Iran's nuclear program. He says the new incentives aim to build a constructive and cooperative relationship with Iran on nuclear issues.
