New Right leader Naftali Bennett slammed Benny Gantz, Moshe Feiglin and former Supreme Court president Aharon Barak during remarks during the Israel Democracy Institute conference on Thursday.
While addressing the conference, Bennett said that Benny Gantz's "fake morality does not impress me" and that  Moshe Feiglin has "spent 20 years in politics and he has done nothing.
"He wrote a good book," Bennet added.
The education minister made the comments during a conversation with Arnon Meir at the Other Thinkers conference at the IDI.
He said that while the High Court of Justice "is certainly not an enemy...I say very clearly - the excessive power of the judicial system and the IDF, ties the hands of the IDF soldiers to defeat Hamas.
"We must release this constraint so that the IDF will return to winning. A house from which they [IDF] are shot from, is a house of terrorists and should be brought down. When Benny Gantz says how he restrained Golani soldiers from a false morality, it does not impress me. I want the IDF to win.
"I hear Aharon Barak taking pride in setting up military courts - that's not how to wage war. The enemy understands this so he deliberately takes houses and converts them to bases because he knows we will not shoot at it," Bennett said.
"If you give the new right the power, Ayelet Shaked will serve as justice minister," he continued. "She will handle the High Court of Justice, and I will deal with Hamas," he emphasized. "Israel has become a superpower of legalization, the High Court of Justice under Aharon Barak has turned everything into a Judicial trap."
He criticized the the High Court saying that it "needs to protect human rights, not to tell the government what is reasonable and what is not."
Bennett went onto say that "thirty years ago, governments could rule, and then Aharon Barak arrived and in a series of verdicts slowly gnawed and gnawed, turned the attorney-general into a 'omnipotent ruler.' We are only restoring the balance," he highlighted.
When asked about reducing the social gaps, he said that reducing the gaps is about "creating a fair opportunity for all girls and boys from anywhere in the country."
"We are not socialists, I am a free marketer who believes in competition and the desire of people to climb the economic ladder," he explained. "But within the free market, everyone has to leave a more or less similar line. That's what I did in the science and math revolution in Ofakim, Shlomi,  and in Kfar Chabad.
He added that he is "not handing out money, I'm not Santa Claus. Whoever comes and gives you gifts is not [doing so with] wisdom... The trick is to go out to the people in front of [trade union chairman Avi] Nissenkorn, opposite Tnuva, and opposite the Hamlet monopoly. You have to pay this price in order for State of Israel to benefit."
