Assa Abloy, Mul-T-Lock discuss growth opportunities

Nico Delvaux, president and CEO of the Swedish Assa Abloy, received a certificate in the assembly of cylinder locks from Sam Shterenshus, CEO of Mul-T-Lock, on a visit in Israel.

Delvaux examined joint investments and developments in Israel, and got to know the company’s customers and its range of products.
Assa Abloy, with a sales turnover of €8 billion in the past year, is the world’s leading company in the manufacture of smart locking and security products, employing 48,500 workers in factories and companies in 70 countries around the world.

Delvaux met clients from the group’s varied sales and distribution channels. The visit focused on examining the possibilities of expanding activity here, visiting key projects where the company’s systems were installed, and becoming familiar with locksmiths. He visited the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, where he was shown the Assa Abloy lock solutions installed in the building.

During a tour of the company’s headquarters and factory in Yavne, he even tried to assemble a cylinder and successfully duplicated keys and received a certificate from Shterenshus.

The Mul-T-Lock Group, part of the Assa Abloy Group, is one of the world leaders in the manufacture and marketing of locking products and high-security locking solutions.
