Hamas official blames PA President Mahmoud Abbas for collapse of cease-fire talks.

"The non-direct talks about a cease-fire with Israel ended," said Hamas spokesperson Sami Abu Zuhri on Sunday evening, Ynet reports.This statement came after two Egyptian emissaries, Ahmed Abdel Khaleq who is in charge of the Palestinian Portfolio in Egypts Mukhabarat (General Intelligence Service), and Mustafa Shehata a top Egyptian diplomat - left Gaza abruptly on Sunday after only staying for one day.Zuhri blamed PA President Mahmoud Abbas for the collapse of the talks, in the past Abbas demanded that Hamas accepts the authority of the PA and disarm in order to achieve reconciliation with Fatah.
