Israel Police solve double homicide case

The suspect had been arrested shortly after reportedly committing the crime, killing two people in their fifties, while at the apartment next door in Haifa.

The Israel Police reported that a suspect with the murder of two in Haifa has been arrested and will be prosecuted after an extensive investigation that lasted 46 days.

The police disclosed that an extensive investigation, integrating investigation and intelligence systems, forensics and advanced technological means, brought to the arrest of 37-year-old Ukrainian-born suspect.

The suspect had been arrested shortly after reportedly committing the crime, killing two people in their fifties, while at the apartment next door in Haifa.

The suspect had been under custody for 46 days until the prosecution filed a lawsuit after concluding the investigation.
