Plant enthusiasts gathered at the Botanical Gardens in Jerusalem for the Medicinal Herb Festival to celebrate the medicine nature offers.

Plants from around the world were showcased to the garden's more than 500 visitors, with explanations of the effects different herbs have on health. Asked about their interest in the plants, many replied that they preferred natural remedies over generic drugs.
