Qatari money worth $7.5m distributed to Gaza citizens - report

Each family will receive $100, the station reported, and with 75,000 families set to receive the handout, a total of $7.5 million will be distributed.

Qatari envoys delivered money in suitcases to the Gaza Strip, Israeli Army Radio reported on Tuesday, paving the way for the distribution of payments to Palestinian families.
Each family will receive $100, the station reported, and with 75,000 families set to receive the handout, a total of $7.5 million will be distributed.
Qatari money is regularly distributed among Gaza's citizens through the post office.
In July, some 60,000 families benefited from Qatari funds from the Qatari Committee for the Reconstruction of the Gaza Strip.
