Soldier falls during training accident, lightly injured

After medical treatment, he was evacuated by helicopter to the Hadassah Ein Karem hospital in Jerusalem, where he is still hospitalized.

A soldier was lightly injured from falling from a height of training in the Jordan Valley, according to a report released Monday morning.

The soldier reportedly fell from a high place during a Givati Brigade operation. Military officials said he was lightly injured.

After medical treatment, he was evacuated by helicopter to the Hadassah Ein Karem hospital in Jerusalem, where he is still hospitalized.
