16-year-old in moderate condition after being stabbed in Rishon Lezion

A 16-year-old boy was in a moderate condition after being stabbed in Rishon Lezion on Monday. A Magen David Adom team evacuated him to Asaf Harofeh Hospital.
Police opened an investigation into the incident.
