18-month-old baby nearly drowns in Or Yehuda fountain

An 18-month-old infant nearly drowned on Tuesday afternoon in an Or Yehuda fountain located in a public park.
She was taken to Tel Hashomer's Sheba Medical Center in a severe condition.
The toddler was being supervised by her 12-year-old cousin at the time of the accident, along with three other siblings, the oldest aged six.
