A two-and-a-half year old girl was abandoned Monday morning near the Michal detention facility.
Police suspect that the girl's father is a foreign worker from Nigeria, currently imprisoned at Michal. Her mother cannot be located.
Welfare agencies have taken charge of the baby, Army Radio reported.
