Four teenage Kiryat Arba girls were arrested on suspicion of spraying graffiti insulting Judea and Samaria Division commander Brig.- Gen. Noam Tivon outside his Tel Aviv home, police said Friday.
One of the girls had already been served a restraining order in the past, banning her from the area around Tivon's home.
The three will be brought before a juvenile court for a hearing later Friday.
