Abraham Fund congratulates Braverman on appointment for minorities dossier

The Abraham Fund, an organization promoting equality and integration of Arab and Jewish Israelis, congratulated Labor MK Avishai Braverman on Monday on his appointment as Minister-without-Portfolio for minorities.
The fund said in a statement it hoped that Braverman's appointment will mark a shift in Israel's treatment of its Arab citizens.
Braverman's views, his economic experience and his knowledge of the Negev may help him in the great challenges he faces, the statement said.
