Ambulance driver delivers baby near Ariel; mother, baby in good health

An ambulance driver delivered a baby near Ariel Junction on Tuesday morning.
The mother had started to give birth at her house when the ambulance arrived to take her to the hospital. However, along the way the driver of the ambulance was forced to stop and finish the delivery.
Both the mother and the baby are in good health.
