Defense Minister Ehud Barak said on Saturday that all efforts were being made to bring about the release of captured IDF soldier Gilad Schalit, but warned that constant talk on the issue may harm the process.
"I want to see Gilad Schalit here, we're working [on the matter] day and night," he told reporters.
"I think that all the talk [on the issue] can be damaging. I'll say only that we will make the utmost effort to accelerate the process to bring Gilad home safe and sound," Barak added.
