The deadly bird flu virus was identified in turkey coops in Kibbutz Kerem Shalom on Friday.
Army Radio reported that culling of the infected poultry was to begin later in the day.
Kerem Shalom is located near Kibbutz Holit, one of the first kibbutzim in which the lethal strain was positively identified two weeks ago.
