Club Hotel CEO Roni Pivko on Monday sincerely apologized to guests for the toxic fume leak at his Eilat hotel and said the accident was caused by a human error of an external supplier that provided services to hotels in the city. "We are deciding whether to take severe steps against the supplier responsible," he said. Pivko appointed an investigation team which he said would present it conclusions as soon as possible.
