Comptroller vows crackdown on public wrongdoings

State Comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss announced Thursday that he planned to make public the names of government officials and elected officials whose actions he had investigated, Army Radio reported. Lindenstrauss added that anyone deemed to have acted in an illegal manner would have to resign from their post or be fired. "State Comptroller reports from my tenure and on will contain the names of those investigated, following the proper legal procedures. We won't hesitate to publish names," warned Lindenstrauss.
