Public Security Minister Avi Dichter and Israel Police Chief Insp.-Gen. Dudi Cohen are scheduled to visit the Northern District Police on Friday to offer support to the police officers whose comrades are suspected of planting bombs against suspected crime figures.
Senior sources in the police said that they were concerned about the feeling of helplessness in dealing with criminal elements among police, and were concerned the public could lose faith in the police force.
