Dichter: Kadima won't join gov't unless Livni PM, or part of rotation

Kadima will not join any new government unless Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni is either prime minister, or part of a rotation with Likud chairman Binyamin Netanyahu, which would ensure that she eventually becomes prime minister, Public Security Minister Avi Dichter said on Sunday. Senior officials close to Netanyahu and Livni said Saturday night that the two party leaders would hold talks aimed at forming a national-unity government after President Shimon Peres, as expected, appoints Netanyahu to put together a coalition.
