The Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem held a ceremony on Monday in memory of those who died in Israel's foreign service. Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni and the families of the dead participated in the ceremony. Livni told those assembled that the people who were being commemorated did not die in uniform but were nevertheless murdered because they were representing the State of Israel.
