Two Herzliya residents were arrested on suspicion of attacking a female minor in her apartment, beating her, and for one of the two men, even attempting to sexually assault her.
A neighbor heard the screams of the girl and alerted police, according to Israel Radio. The three were found to be drunk, and police had some difficulty in extracting testimonies from them.
