The High Court of Justice rejected on Wednesday a petition filed by disengagement evacuees who were re-settled in Karmiya and demanded that the state provide them with alternative housing solutions.
In their petition, the former Gaza settlers said they wished to move elsewhere due to the threat of Kassam rockets they face in Karmiya.
The court explained that the state was obliged by law to provide the evacuees with financial compensation only.
