IDF soldiers and border police arrested on Saturday evening two Gaza residents and an Egyptian citizen who attempted to infiltrate into Israel.
The three - the first to attempt to infiltrate since August - were apprehended after a long chase, and the men were taken in for interrogation, Army Radio reported.
Security forces suspect that the three had intended to carry out a terror attack against Israelis.
