In arrest raids overnight Wednesday, IDF forces arrested 12 Palestinian fugitives in and around Jenin, Nablus, Tulkarm, Ramallah, and Hebron.
The suspects arrested included members of Fatah, Hamas, Tanzim, and the Islamic Jihad.
