IDF forces arrested 31 Palestinian fugitives in operations throughout the West Bank overnight Wednesday.
Twelve were nabbed in Ramallah, eight in Nablus, five in Hebron, four in Bethlehem and two in Kalkilya.
The fugitives were detained by security forces for interrogation.
