Israel Radio: Numbers of primary votes counted not updated

Screens displaying the actual vote count in the Kadima primary have not changed for at least 40 minutes, Israel Radio reported overnight Wednesday at 3:30 a.m. Speculation that the vote count was halted or restarted surfaced just after activists for Transportation Shaul Mofaz, who is Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni's main rival in the primary, complained of irregularities in several polling stations and vowed to appeal the result and demand a recount.
