A 25-year-old Israeli was under arrest Sunday for allegedly murdering a homeless man in Jerusalem during a brawl between two drunks, police said. Oleg Abtomonov was arrested Saturday for the murder of the still-unidentified Jewish victim, whose body was discovered last week in an abandoned apartment in the city's Lifta neighborhood. The murder suspect was remanded in custody for six days on Sunday by the Jerusalem Magistrate's Court.
