Jerusalem: Arab youth stopped with explosives case

An Arab youth was stopped in Jerusalem Monday morning moments before detonating explosives he was carrying in a bag.
The suspicious youth was apprehended near Zion square in the city's center, while police sappers conducted a controlled detonation of the device.
