Police announced that the situation was under control shortly after an armed female soldier barricaded herself at the Malcha Mall in Jerusalem Wednesday night, and threatened to commit suicide.
According to initial speculations the soldier had barricaded herself due to a "romantic disappointment."
People were reportedly not allowed to enter or exit the mall.
