Kadima MK Schneller to be appointed bodyguard after receiving threats

The Knesset has decided to appoint a bodyguard for Kadima MK Otniel Schneller, Israel Radio reported Wednesday overnight. The decision followed threats Schneller received recently, including puncturing his cars wheels and tampering with the radiator in his house. Schneller estimated that he was being threatened because of his support of Prime Minister Ehud Olmert following the Winograd Committee report last week.
