Kugler to talk with India about utilities line in Ankara

National Infrastructures Ministry Dir.-Gen. Hezy Kugler will travel to Ankara on Thursday to meet with his opposite numbers from Turkey and India to discuss the MEDSTREAM utilities tunnel. Israel has been in talks for several years with Turkey about constructing an underwater tunnel which would deliver oil, natural gas, optical cables, electricity and potentially water to Israel. Recently, India expressed serious interest in funding the project.
