Former Agriculture Minister Yisrael Katz was being investigated under caution for the second time over political appointments he allegedly made, Israel Radio reported on Tuesday.
Katz was first investigated nearly a year ago following a report by the state comptroller that revealing various inappropriate appointments made to the Agriculture Ministry while Katz served as minister.
