Man arrested on suspicion of injuring toddler and assaulting his parents

Police arrested a 19-year-old man from Netanya on Monday morning on suspicion of severely injuring a two-year-old boy after the latter was accidentally hit by his car at the Four Seasons beach in Netanya on Saturday.
The man is also suspected of returning to the scene and assaulting the child's parents, threatening them against reporting the incident to the police.
The alleged attack was revealed after a man who was present at the beach filmed the accident and turned over the tape to the police.
