Man held for alleged obscene act against 10-yr-old

A 54-year-old Bat Yam resident was arrested on suspicion that he committed an indecent act against a 10-year-old girl after convincing her to follow him to his apartment.
According to police suspicions, the two met on the street. The girl asked the man to use his shopping cart to collect wood for a Lag Baomer bonfire. The man replied that he would give her the cart if she agreed to follow him to his home.
