Mofaz: It's up to Israel to deter Hamas, terrorists in Gaza

Transportation Minister Shaul Mofaz said Sunday morning that it is up to Israel "to renew deterrence against Hamas and terror organizations in the Gaza Strip."
Speaking to Israel Radio, the minister called for a new strategy against to group, and said Israel must "operate in a more offensive fashion."
A clear message must be conveyed to Hamas, he said.
