Mofaz: Unity gov't people's will; people decided Kadima should head it

Following Kadima's consultation meeting Wednesday evening with President Shimon Peres, Transportation Minister Shaul Mofaz said that Israel is in need of a national unity government, capable of uniting the entire nation. "This is the people's will," he said. "It cannot be ignored and should be respected." The president, said Mofaz, should listen to the "people's voice and will - and the people have decided that Kadima should lead the next government."
