A 20-year-old Nazareth woman told police on Friday that she had been raped by a friend of her boyfriend as the three returned together from an evening out.
The suspect was arrested, and the woman's boyfriend was also taken into custody on suspicion of failing to prevent the crime.
The two men will be brought before the Nazareth Magistrate's Court, and the police intend to ask for their remand.
